Foam on the River is on August 8th at Russell Riverfront Park, 413 Riverside Dr., Russell, KY 41169.
Kids Foam Party (ages 4-12) is 5-7 pm.
Teen Glow Foam Party (ages 13-17) is 8-10 pm.

Swimsuits, shorts and a t-shirt, or anything you don’t mind to get completely soaked. Water shoes are highly recommend—the foam pit can get slippery. Goggles are optional but a great idea for smaller kids.
Pro tip for teens: wear white or neon colors and watch them glow under the UV lights.

Pack a towel (or two!) and a change of clothes for the ride home, sunscreen for the early session, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Baby wipes are a plus to wipe off the foam. Leave the valuables at home—things will get wet.

Yes! Foam on the River is a free community event brought to you by Wander Russell.
Scoopy Scoops Ice Cream Truck will be there with ice cream for purchase (optional).

Foam cannons blast out mountains of kid-safe, soap-based foam bubbles. Think of it like a giant, soapy ball pit except the bubbles keep coming. It’s safe, non-toxic and washes off easily.

Scoopy Scoops Ice Cream Truck will be on-site for both sessions. We also encourage you to grab dinner in Russell before the event. The riverfront is just a short walk or drive from many local restaurants.

You bet! A live DJ will be spinning throughout both sessions to keep the vibe going all night long.
